Observations on Germany #8

Went to see the Munich Oktoberfest parade today, with plentiful marching bands and people from various towns in their period costume. These people really know how to put on a parade. But the one in my wife's hometown of Straubing is more charming; in particular they sometimes hand out cups of free beer.
